At Jasbhag Tours India, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. If you need to cancel your tour or travel arrangements, please note the following policy. All cancellations must be communicated in writing to our official email or WhatsApp number.
Cancellation charges will apply from the date and time we receive your written notice.
1. Standard Cancellation Charges

| 60 days or more | 10% of the tour cost + Actual service charges (such as train/flight tickets, permits) |
| 45 to 59 days | 20% of the tour cost + Actual service charges |
| 30 to 44 days | 50% of the tour cost + Actual service charges |
| 7 to 29 days | 90% of the tour cost + Actual service charges |
| Less than 2 days / No Show | No Refund |
Actual service charges include all non-refundable payments made to hotels, transport vendors, ticketing agents, etc.
2. Special Bookings
Certain bookings may have separate or stricter cancellation rules, including:
- Luxury trains (Palace on Wheels, Maharaja Express, etc.)
- Peak season hotel stays
- Holiday/festival dates
- Non-refundable airline tickets
We will inform you about such conditions at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation After Trip Begins
If you cancel or withdraw after the trip has started:
- Refund will be limited and depends on recoveries from service providers.
- No refund for unused services such as:
- Hotel nights
- Meals
- Sightseeing
- Transfers
- Guide services
- Activities
4. Refund Processing Time
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- Gateway/Bank charges are non-refundable.
5. Amendment / Rescheduling Policy
- Requests to amend dates or modify bookings must be made in writing.
- Approvals depend on availability.
- Additional charges or fare differences may apply.
- Certain bookings may not be amendable.
6. No Refund in Case Of
- No-show or last-minute cancellations
- Incorrect travel documents
- Delays caused by weather, political issues, strikes, or natural calamities
- Personal issues such as illness or change of plans
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable to refund if services are affected due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic/epidemic restrictions
- Government orders
- Riot, strike, or bandh
- Flight/train cancellations
